Tuscan Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets 🐟 (they’re pink and squishy!)

  • 1 cup heavy cream πŸ₯›

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth πŸ— (or veggie broth!)

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese πŸ§€

  • 1 cup baby spinach πŸ₯¬ (leaves are tiny and cute!)

  • 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes πŸ…

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder for seasoning 🌟

Supplies

  • Frying pan

  • Spatula

  • Measuring cups

  • Stove (adult time!)

Steps

  1. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Rub it in like you're giving it a mini massage.

  2. Heat some oil in the frying pan and cook the salmon for about 4 minutes on each side. It’ll turn a pretty golden color!

  3. Take the salmon out of the pan and set it aside.

  4. In the same pan, pour the chicken broth and cream. Stir it up and let it bubble a bit.

  5. Add the Parmesan cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir until the spinach looks floppy.

  6. Put the salmon back into the pan so it can soak up the yummy sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.

  7. Serve your salmon with the sauce on top. It's fancy AND tasty!
