Watermelon Popsicles
Ingredients
2 cups watermelon 🍉 (cut into cubes)
1 cup coconut water 🥥
1/2 cup blueberries 🫐 (mashed up—smush them good!)
Supplies
Blender
Popsicle molds
Popsicle sticks
Fork (or something to mash the blueberries)
Measuring cups
Freezer
Steps
First, put the watermelon cubes and coconut water in the blender. Blend them until they’re all smooth and juicy.
Mash the blueberries with a fork. It’s super fun, and they turn into squishy purple mush!
Pour the watermelon-coconut mix into the popsicle molds, filling them halfway.
Add a spoonful of mashed blueberries to each mold. They look like little surprise treasures!
Top off the molds with more watermelon-coconut mix. Leave a little space at the top so they don’t overflow.
Stick in the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Once they’re frozen, take them out and enjoy your fruity, colorful popsicles!
